Step 2
Forward pertinent existing medical records to our doctor and give us your health history via our secure, online, HIPAA compliant Patient Portal.
Step 3
You have the option to set up a phone consultation with our doctor, exploring whether Cell Code treatment is appropriate for your needs.
Step 4
Come to your initial doctor’s appointment, either for additional assessment, or for Cell Code treatment itself, whichever is appropriate.
